Party Agents, Thugs, Cart Away Unused Ballot Papers In Edo State, Security Agents, INEC Officials Turn Blind Eyes

At Egor Primary School in the city of Benin, the results compilation has not yet begun at 2:45 p.m., despite the fact that voter apathy was a prominent feature of the election.

AIT News crew observed the election at Egor Primary School in the three-unit Egor Local Government Area and reports that party agents and thugs removed numerous unused ballots to a nearby location while men from the Nigerian Police and INEC officials turned a blind eye.

One of the INEC representatives informed me that because to the danger to human life, they were powerless to stop what they were doing.

A large crowd of boys besieged the gate of the school and later found their way into the compound, thereby causing tension in the area, throughout the voting period.
